  • WIN KAI differentiates the many aspects of violence. We aim to protect against sexual assaults as well as the psychology of attacks and how to avoid them.

  • WIN KAI enhances situational awareness, like a date not going well, and provides useful tools on how to act and protect yourself in these cases.

 

TECHNIQUES FOR WOMEN

  • Our techniques are designed to be used by women and girls of all ages and body types.

  • A woman’s strength is in her lower body. WIN KAI teaches women how to use that power to their advantage and to counter most upper body heavy attacks, chokes, and grabs.

 

NOT A MARTIAL ART

  • Martial Arts was created primarily for men. Many art forms do not consider the biomechanics of a woman’s body which are vastly different from men.

  • The traditional aspects of Martial Arts do not have the real-world practicality useful for modern women.

  • Martial Arts takes years to master, but it’s amazing what you can learn in just a few hours. We maximize that time by teaching you useful, life enhancing skills so that at a moments notice, you are prepared to defend yourself.

WIN KAI performs all practices with scenario-based training against a padded attacker at full strength. Each activity is performed in a safe, injury-free manner for both you and your trainer.

We live in a fast-paced world and may not have time to devote days, weeks or even months to train. WIN KAI wants women to possess the tools to defend themselves within a short period of time.
